How do you get the OYNO if you didn’t spend $10 on the pens?

The catalina works based on the retail price, not the price after Kroger Plus Card savings. So you only actually spend $2 and get the $2 back.
They retail for $1.89 each. $1.89×6= $11.34 which is over $10 for the catalina.
