Kroger Kraft Catalina Deal: Cream Cheese Issues?

philadelphiacreamcheese

After going to Kroger two days in a row with no luck on the Philadelphia Cream Cheese, I finally decided to call the Catalina Marketing company to find out what is going on.

The lady I spoke with told me that there was an error on their part and they had not put it in the system as being included in this catalina deal yet. She had been getting calls all day.

However, she assured me that by this evening- they WERE going to put placing it in the system as being included in the promotion. She said that tomorrow if I went in and it did not print my OYNO to give them a call and they would mail one out to me.

Its very frustrating when catalinas don’t print out, but at least this was nationwide and it wasn’t just me!

If you’re clueless and unaware of what I’m talking about- head over and read about the HOT Kraft Catalina Promotion at Kroger right now!

I got a reply back from an email I sent to catalina company about Phily cheese not printing as of Friday and I was told that Philly cream cheese was excluded from the deal due to Tennessee dairy laws. The local readers are all probably having the same problem.

Thanks for helping us all save money Amy!

Hey Jessica,

I heard something about that same issue with a TN law. I called the catalina company and spoke with someone and asked them if they had heard of this law and they told me no, that it shouldn’t be an issue. So I became a little confused.

I do find it a bit wrong for them to exclude something that they advertise on the promotional catalina itself.

But the cheaper Philadelphia deal is over now, so I guess its not as wonderful as it would have been anyways.

Thanks for the heads up! Who knew there was such a law!
