I’m slowly working on improving my vlogging skills and I realize that its going to take time. I’m no professional on camera yet
I am trying to point out little things that I pick up on at the store while helping you understand how to get these things cheap. This video was actually 2 minutes longer but I couldn’t get it to upload to I had to shorten it
If its taking a while to load, you might want to hit pause and wait a moment then watch.
Overall I had a pretty nice run. I would’ve been smarter to wait and get the penny item tomorrow, but we have a lot going on and it was easier for me to go tonight. Here is a breakdown of what I got…

okay, this is so freaking cute. i think it’s awesome. great job on the editing too. i love it!
You did a great job!! I love Publix!!
Does Publix do overage on Q’s? I have a store Q for Steamfresh and MQ which will give me quite a bit of overage…..would you recommend that I use them together? Same with the Prevacid….$10 MQ and $5 store Q which would make for a lot of overage.
Great video btw!
Thanks everyone
I really appreciate it!
Melanie, you can definitely use both coupons. However, if you do- I would recommend that you buy the more expensive packages. The ones I bought were $1.79 and 50% off that. But there are packages that are $2.39. 50% off that would be $1.19. So if you bought 2 your total would be- $2.39 minus your (2) $.50/1 coupons= $.39, then use the Publix coupon for $1/2= $.61 overage.
I will tell you that technically Publix is supposed to adjust the Publix coupon down to the price of the item. However, if you are buying a lot of things- most of the time they don’t even notice. As for manufacturer’s coupons, they are NOT allowed to adjust those. So for my $.89 veggies, I was allowed the $.11 overage.
But the same goes for the Prevacid. They can’t adjust the manufacturer’s coupon, but they can adjust the Publix coupon to just make the item free. Am I making sense? I hope that helps you!
