The Olay coupon counts towards the Olay not the razors. The only thing I can think is that if your Olay body wash is more than your razor, the register may beep- but it shouldn't. The coupon states FREE Olay Body Wash with purchase of a Venus Embrace or Breeze Razor- and if you purchase the razor (with coupons or not) you are entitled to the free body wash. You may be able to take your receipt back to CS and get your free body wash. Sometimes cashiers hear the register beep and just tell you that you can't do that. Don't just give up!
