Blissdom 2010

The last couple days has been such an awesome and almost indescribable experience. Well, I must say that they chose some awesome digs to have this conference at! The Opryland Hotel and Convention Center could not have been more perfect or spectacular! And did I mention that Harry Connick Jr sang for us?! Yeah, he was only like 5 feet from me at one point 
But I cannot tell you how many amazing women bloggers I have come in contact with at the Blissdom 2010 Conference. I feel utterly and completely unworthy of their presence! But I have really treasured and tried to absorb all of the information that I have been given.
When I heard about this conference, I thought that maybe I wasn’t a “big” enough blog to attend something this major. However, I felt so at home with the women that I met and was surprised to hear that a LOT of them were just as new as Saving with Amy is!
I had the pleasure of getting to “hob nob” with other bloggers such as She Saved, Coupon Geek, Couponingfor4, and I even met Coupon Cravings! Everyone had such encouraging things to say. I feel so wonderful to be part of a community of women bloggers who have such wonderful voices (and blogs).
I just wanted to share with you how much this conference meant to me these last few days. I have learned a boat load from my encounters and hope to use it to the best of my ability. And I want to thank every one of you who read this blog for your patience with my scattered posts lately. And I’m excited about moving forward and continuing to help you to save money and live frugally while living life happily.

As a working mom on a tight budget I want to express my gratitude for all you do! We have saved so much and have been able to have treats that we otherwise would have walked right by in the grocery store! I have also been able to donate to the food pantry. Thank you so much for all that you do! It makes it so much easier for the rest of us!
Thank you so much Beth! That is all I could ever hope for! Saving money is so very time consuming and can totally drain you of all your energy. So I do try to take that aspect of it out of the process. You’re so sweet!
